  • Fill out the enquiry form with some background information about your goals, and I’ll respond to you to organise a phone call where we can discuss whether we’d be a good fit for each other.

  • Weirdly, one of the most frequent comments I get is that they’re glad they’ve found a trainer who’s not going to yell at them (like what?!). I am quite chill, I like to get to know my clients, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t work hard.

    I pride myself not only on being caring, but being dedicated to scientific, evidence-based training and nutrition. I hate fad-diets, I hate judginess and condescension, I don’t like burpees.

    If you don’t love going to big gyms, but you want to get strong, we’ll probably get along.
