Weirdly, one of the most frequent comments I get is that they’re glad they’ve found a trainer who’s not going to yell at them (like what?!). I am quite chill, I like to get to know my clients, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t work hard.
I pride myself not only on being caring, but being dedicated to scientific, evidence-based training and nutrition. I hate fad-diets, I hate judginess and condescension, I don’t like burpees.
If you don’t love going to big gyms, but you want to get strong, we’ll probably get along.

Personal training cost is from $75/session (45 mins).
Online coaching is from $60-$80/week.

I like to make exercise less intimidating and more accessible. Oh, but you’ll also feel like an absolute badass because you’ll be lifting heavier than you ever thought possible (and not starving yourself either- yaaay!)
