Come say hi! My private practice is in the heart of One Tree Hill with on-street parking available. Out of Auckland? I also provide nutrition coaching sessions online - with regular check-ins to see how you’re tracking to reaching your goals in a healthy way.

My exclusive 1-1 coaching method creates the space for deep conversations, a high level of support and ongoing accountability.
We check in every week to make sure you’re staying on top of the goals and habits we set together, and we meet every month to reset, review and troubleshoot.
$60/week (nutrition only)
$80/week (with training programming)
