As a Certified Personal Trainer and Associate Registered Nutritionist, when you are working with me, our work isn’t just limited to within the training sessions.

I’m in your corner, supporting you the entire time.

I am here to coach you with changing your deep rooted habits to ones that align with your goals and help you navigate the barriers and hurdles that life throws upon you.

I’m here to trouble-shoot your specific concerns, and give you the right advice for where you’re at on your fitness and health journey.

  • Small Group

    2 x 45 minute group sessions/week (with up to 2 other clients)

    Nutrition guidance

    Monthly coaching call

    $110/week
