About me:
I’m a qualified personal trainer and registered nutritionist with 9+ years of experience
I run a private, home-based personal training studio, perfect for those who want to avoid busy gyms or would like to see a personal trainer without also needing a gym membership
Sessions are 45 minutes and focused on strength training using weights. My programming style prioritises good technique and progressive overload.
No experience in the weights room required, I welcome those of all ages and stages of their fitness journey who are looking to improve their strength and fitness, and celebrate what their bodies can do!

App-centred coaching. You will use an app which I communicate through to view and track your workouts.
Personalised exercise plan with video demonstation (including resistance training and cardio)
Weekly video call check-ins to go over form technique and monitor progress
Cost: Initial Consultation $150
Then $40 per week

Small Group Training
Got a buddy or a partner who you would like to join you on your fitness journey?
I am able to train 2-3 people at the same time in person at my gym if you would like to split the cost of a regular training session.
Alternatively, I am able to visit workplaces or homes if you have the space and you are not too far away.
